For our client, an established company in the field of flat roofs and building envelopes in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed and responsible Site Manager Flat Roof (m/f/d).

Do you already have experience as a Site Manager or are you an experienced foreman ready to take the next step in your professional career? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks:

• Independent planning, organization, and supervision of flat roof projects
• Coordination and monitoring of construction sites regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Leadership and deployment planning of employees
• Ensuring smooth construction processes
• Coordination with clients, architects, suppliers, and other project participants
• Material procurement and monitoring of material use
• Preparation and control of measurements, offers, and invoices
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a waterproof professional, roofer, or in the field of building envelope
• Experience as a Site Manager or several years of professional experience as a foreman in the flat roof sector
• Good specialist knowledge in flat roof waterproofing and the corresponding work processes
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in leading employees
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
