Our client is an innovative Swiss industrial company in Rapperswil-Jona, which specializes in demanding solutions in plastic and lightweight construction technology. Individual components and assemblies for various industrial applications are created there.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as:

Polymechanic / Production Mechanic 80 - 100 %

Your tasks
You work in production and undertake versatile tasks related to the processing and manufacture of technical components. In doing so, you work independently, accurately, and with quality awareness, and actively contribute your technical know-how.

• Your tasks
• Manufacture and processing of individual parts and small series
• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• Processing of different technical materials
• Manufacture according to technical drawings and specifications
• Carrying out quality and dimensional controls
• Working with various measuring instruments
• Collaboration in the optimization of production processes
• Support with various production and assembly tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed basic technical training as a Polymechanic or Production Mechanic EFZ
• Experience in mechanical manufacturing and ideally in CNC processing
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Quality awareness and ability to work in a team
