What awaits you

• you ensure the operation and maintenance of building technology systems.
• You independently carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair work.
• You advise customers on-site and maintain direct contact.
• You identify weaknesses and optimize operational safety.
• You accompany commissioning as well as acceptance of systems.
• You create bases for offers for repairs and adjustments.
• You carry out the necessary documentation (reports, protocols, time recording).

What you bring with you

• Completed training in refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, building, or electrical technology
• Experience in building/facility technology, ideally with refrigeration and heat pump systems
• Experience in maintenance and service activities including on-call service
• NIV Art. 15 permit an advantage
• Good understanding of complex building technology systems
• Driver's license category B
