Tasks ###

• Supervision and optimization of production processes
• Participation in industrialization and improvement projects
• Technical collaboration in the procurement of new production equipment
• Planning of the requirement for consumables, tools and measuring equipment
• Creation and maintenance of manufacturing and work documentation
• Processing of complaints and deviations
• Implementation of corrective measures within the framework of continuous improvements
• Support with training, audits as well as maintenance and work instructions
• Collaboration with production, development and quality assurance

Requirements ###

• Training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ or comparable basic mechanical training
• Further training as production technician or production engineer
• Experience in CNC or precision manufacturing
• Enjoyment of technical improvements and production processes
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Independent and structured way of working

IT ###

ERP: good knowledge
MS Office: good knowledge

Languages ###

German m+s: very good
