• You ensure the smooth operation and optimal availability of our modern building technology systems (HVACSE).
• You carry out maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on technical systems and facilities independently and professionally.
• You recognize malfunctions early, analyze their causes, and ensure sustainable rectification.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers on-site and convince them with your professional and service-oriented support.
• You coordinate and supervise external partners and service providers and ensure the quality of the work performed.
• You carry out regular technical inspections and contribute actively to the preservation of value of the properties.
• You support the planning and implementation of optimizations and smaller projects in the field of building technology.
• You undertake administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and the maintenance of system data.
• You work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and ensure trouble-free building operation.
• You perform on-call duty according to the deployment plan.

What defines you.

• You have completed technical training in the field of building technology, preferably in the sanitary sector.
• You bring experience in technical building maintenance, facility management, or a comparable function.
• You convince with your broad technical understanding and your practical, solution-oriented way of working.
• You work independently, reliably, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• Customer orientation and a service mindset are a matter of course for you.
• You communicate confidently in German and present yourself professionally and friendly. English as well as further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• You possess a valid driving license of category B.
• You have an impeccable reputation.
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
• Good IT user skills as well as a confident handling of digital work tools round off your profile.
• Participation in on-call duty is a matter of course for you.
