Your field of activity ###

• You coordinate the incoming repair reporting system, are responsible for efficient inventory management, and independently implement maintenance, repair, and renovation work on the interior fittings of the Luzerner Kantonsspital
• You are responsible for the daily supervision of civil service workers, assign them tasks according to their competence, and check their professional execution
• During conversion and relocation work, you actively lend a hand and support the team in the implementation
• With your manual skill, you contribute to smooth hospital operations and a pleasant environment for employees and patients

Your experience ###

• You have completed vocational training as a Carpenter EFZ or a comparable manual training and bring sound professional experience in interior fittings, maintenance, or repair
• You are used to organizing daily work in a team, prioritizing orders, and maintaining an overview even when several tasks occur in parallel
• You communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy working with employees, civil service workers, and internal customers
• You work independently and reliably, have good written expression skills, and are proficient in using MS Office. Experience with ticketing systems or CAFM software is an advantage
