Within our Technical Building Management department, the HVACC section is responsible for the planning, optimization, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, cooling, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. We look after over 1100 building technology systems and make an important contribution to the quality of stay and smooth airport operations. Our maintenance team is looking for you to strengthen the team as a Specialist Maintenance HVACC Sanitary / Heating.

Your job destination ##

• You operate and maintain the technical systems in the HVACC area with a focus on sanitary and heating
• You analyze and optimize the sanitary and heating systems for function and energy consumption
• You operate our drinking water system including the treatment plants
• You check and maintain the operation of the fire extinguishing systems
• You organize repair work and carry it out independently

Your skills in your luggage ##

• You have training as a Sanitary or Heating Installer EFZ as well as several years of professional experience in the service sector
• You are characterized by a high awareness of quality
• You are ready to work interdisciplinary and can analyze complex connections
• You have the will to develop yourself further and are open to new technologies and methods
• You are a determined and empathetic personality with a strong service orientation
• You have very good oral and written German skills
• You possess a driver's license Cat. B
