Chief Fitter Heating and Sanitary (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of building technology, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Chief Fitter Heating and Sanitary (m/f/d). In this role, you combine practical assembly with organization and leadership on the construction site. You can expect versatile new builds and renovations as well as the opportunity to take responsibility for your team and execution.

Tasks

• Installation of heating, cooling, or sanitary systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Organization of assembly work and coordination of daily construction site processes
• Technical leadership of the assembly team as well as support with technical questions
• Control of the completed work regarding quality, deadlines, and safety
• Coordination with construction management, project managers, and other specialist departments

Profile

• Completed training as a Heating Installer EFZ, Sanitary Installer EFZ, or equivalent qualification
• Sound experience in new builds and renovations in building technology
• Confident reading of plans and technical schemas
• Further training as a Site Manager or Chief Fitter is an advantage
• Experience in team leadership on medium or large construction sites is an advantage
• Business fluent German skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
