Polymechanic (m/f/d) CNC Turning 100%

We are looking for a motivated Polymechanic for CNC manufacturing.

Your main tasks

• CNC manufacturing: Independent programming, setup, and operation of 3- and 4-axis CNC turning machines.
• Prototypes & small series: Precise manufacturing of demanding individual parts, prototypes, and small series on MAZAK machining centers.
• Programming: Direct programming at the machine using Mazatrol control.
• Process optimization: Active participation in the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Maintenance & cleanliness: Regular maintenance, cleaning, and care of the assigned CNC machines and tools for high measurement accuracy and machine service life.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ (specialization in manufacturing) or comparable qualification.
• Sound experience in CNC machining, ideally with MAZAK machines and Mazatrol control.
• Doer mentality: Precise, independent, and quality-conscious way of working with enjoyment in tinkering.
• Orderliness at the workplace and no aversion to dirty hands.
• Good German skills in spoken and written language.
