Fitter / Team Leader for Air Conditioning and Ventilation Equipment 100%

For an established company in the building services industry, we are looking for a reliable and independent fitter / team leader (m/f/d) for Switzerland-wide external installation to strengthen the installation team.

Your tasks
On-site installation: Professional installation of air conditioning and ventilation equipment at changing construction sites.

Team leadership & coordination: Independent organization of work on-site as well as leadership of small installation teams.

Interface function: Coordination of workflows with construction management, customers, and involved trades.

Quality assurance: Ensuring clean, efficient, and professional execution of all installation work.

What you bring with you
Training: Manual or technical basic training is an advantage (e.g., as a ventilation system builder, metalworker, plant construction engineer, heating/sanitary installer, or similar).

Experience: Practical experience in installation as well as technical understanding and manual dexterity.

Willingness to lead: Readiness to take on responsibility and lead small teams on-site.

Languages & License: Good German skills and a category B driver's license are mandatory.

Readiness for deployment: Physical resilience, enjoyment of construction site work, and readiness to travel within Switzerland.
