Introduction

On behalf of one of our important clients based in Bellinzonese, we are looking for the following professional profile

Responsibilities

• Execution of operational activities on mechanical or semi-automatic machinery following strictly the technical procedures provided by the company.
• Basic visual control of processed parts, verifying any evident discrepancies compared to the quality standards required by the production department.
• Accurate compilation of simple operational reports or processing sheets, reporting essential data on times, quantities produced and anomalies found.
• Collaboration with department personnel for the orderly management of the work area, contributing to the maintenance of cleanliness, order and safety of the spaces.
• Compliance with safety regulations and correct use of personal protective equipment provided by the company during the entire

Profile

• Diploma as a polimeccanico or production mechanic
• Ability to use basic mechanical equipment and tools correctly and carefully, adhering to the instructions received during internal training.
• Aptitude for repetitive manual work with good concentration ability, to ensure operational continuity and reduction of errors in the production phases.
• Good ability to follow written or oral instructions, even through simple operating sheets, ensuring consistency and precision in the execution of assigned tasks.
• Propensity for teamwork and collaboration with colleagues, promoting an orderly operational climate oriented towards the common goals of the department.
• Reliability and punctuality in the management of shifts and working hours, with availability to respect the planning shared with production supervision.
