For our client, an internationally active company in mechanical and plant engineering, we are looking for a technically proficient personality immediately or by arrangement. The company develops high-precision solutions for demanding industrial applications and supports customers from various industries worldwide. To strengthen the service department, a specialist who enjoys traveling and wishes to apply their technical know-how both nationally and internationally is sought.

Service Technician CNC Grinding (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on CNC grinding machines
• Responsibility for the commissioning of machines at the customer's site
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions as well as ensuring a rapid restoration of operational readiness
• Carrying out error diagnoses on mechanical, electrical, and control technology components
• Training and instruction of customers in the handling of the systems
• Support with technical questions and service assignments in the field service
• Carrying out grinding trials after appropriate induction
• Advising customers regarding spare parts, revisions, and optimization possibilities
• Documentation of service assignments and reporting of the performed work

Your Profile ###

• Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic, mechatronics technician, automation technician, or comparable
• Good knowledge in handling CNC controls, preferably Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain
• Experience in technical service, mechanical engineering, or maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledge in the area of cylindrical grinding is an advantage, but not a requirement
• High willingness to travel of 80 to 100 percent with assignments domestic and international
• Independent, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility as well as strong communication skills
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for continuous professional further training
