For our customer, we are looking for a technically savvy personality who enjoys taking action where technical requirements become functioning production processes. You are familiar with mechanical manufacturing, like to think one step further, and do not want to just supervise existing processes, but actively improve them. In this versatile function, you combine practice, technology, and project work.

Tasks ###

• Supervise and optimize production processes
• Collaboration in CIP and industrialization projects
• Plan and coordinate equipment, tools, and testing equipment
• Participate in the procurement of new production systems
• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation
• Process complaints and deviations and implement measures
• Support production in technical topics, audits, and training
• Collaboration with production, development, and quality

Requirements ###

• Basic mechanical training, ideally Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• Further training as a production technician or production engineer
• Experience in CNC or precision manufacturing

IT ###

ERP: good knowledge
MS Office: good knowledge

Languages ###

German m+s: very good
English m+s: good
