Tasks ##

As a caretaker, you are responsible for the maintenance of green spaces, trimming hedges and trees, minor repairs and winter services.

Your day starts outdoors, you ensure well-maintained facilities and lend a hand everywhere it is needed. Seasonal tasks such as garden maintenance or winter service bring variety.

Requirements ##

• Completed manual or technical vocational training is an advantage
• Professional experience in the caretaker or building sector is desirable
• Good knowledge in cleaning, maintenance and building technology
• Good German skills
• Driver's license B
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
