Your tasks

• Regular inspection and assessment of the properties as well as the building infrastructure, including reporting of defects
• Execution of minor repair work
• Accompaniment and supervision of internal as well as external suppliers and craftsmen
• Execution of quality controls in the areas of cleaning, buildings, and safety
• Contact person for the customer as well as receipt and processing of customer orders

Your profile

• Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or other technical or manual vocational training (heating/ventilation/sanitary)
• Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker
• Sound basic technical knowledge in HVACS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity)
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Very good German skills as well as good user skills in MS-Office
