Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the field of steel and facade construction, we are looking for an experienced personality as Project Manager Steel and Structural Engineering (m/f/d) 100%. In this role, you are responsible for demanding steel construction projects from technical elaboration to implementation on the construction site. You coordinate the cooperation between planning, production, and assembly and ensure compliance with quality, costs, deadlines, and safety specifications.

Tasks

• From construction preparation to completion, you coordinate the services of the companies involved
• Responsibility for tendering, offering, and contract management lies with you
• Bills of quantities are created by you and tenders are carried out independently
• Schedule planning as well as the monitoring of agreed deadlines are also part of your tasks
• When managing the construction accounting, you always keep an eye on cost development
• Additionally, you reliably take care of the defect and warranty system
• You accompany and provide technical leadership to junior construction managers

Profile

• A completed vocational training or a degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification forms your professional foundation
• Ideally, you bring several years of experience in construction management and tendering in Switzerland
• You are proficient in dealing with digital working methods and use them confidently in everyday professional life
• You complement your open and communicative nature with negotiation skills in the German language
• An independent, structured, and responsible way of working characterizes you
• With assertiveness and a professional appearance, you convince in daily contact with all project participants
