Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines as well as production systems
• Repair of assemblies, drives, pumps and other machine components
• Maintenance and upkeep tasks as well as monitoring of maintenance intervals, execution of building maintenance and infrastructure work
• Cooperation with machine manufacturers and external service technicians

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as a polymechanic, automation technician, maintenance specialist with a federal diploma or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in CNC manufacturing
• Very good mechanical and electrotechnical as well as sound knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics
• Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and repair of production systems
• Confident handling of technical drawings, electrical circuit diagrams as well as diagnostic and measuring devices
• Good knowledge of control and automation technology (CNC and PLC controls)
• Knowledge of CNC machines from Tornos, Index, Star, Hanwha or similar manufacturers is an advantage
• Good German language skills
