We are currently looking for an After-Sales Service (SAV) Roofing Project Manager (M/F/D) with proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland (min. 5 years), in the roofing, covering, and waterproofing sector.

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate after-sales service (SAV) roofing interventions
• Supervise field and office teams, ensure their monitoring and development
• Guarantee customer satisfaction through reactive and quality service
• Plan construction sites, organize resources, and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Optimize internal processes and communication between teams
• Monitor performance, budgets, and propose continuous improvements

Profile Sought

• Proven experience (min. 5 years) in after-sales service (SAV) project management, mandatory in the field of roofing, covering, and waterproofing in Switzerland
• Excellent skills in team management and construction site coordination
• Natural leadership: collaborative, structuring, and solution-oriented
• Very good organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in IT tools related to project management
• Sense of service, analytical spirit, and positive and proactive attitude
