We are looking for support for a specialist store and service provider for household appliances in the canton of Thurgau and Winterthur surroundings. We are looking for a committed person for the position of Service Technician Field Service. The goal is to stand by the customer as a reliable and flexible partner for the household. For this purpose, we offer high-quality brand products at fair prices in our showroom as well as online and, with our honest and competent manner, stand for the longevity of the appliances in service.

What awaits you

• Repair and maintenance work on appliances, mostly on-site at the customer's or in the workshop
• Delivery and installation of new appliances
• Attachment/installation of modifications and special applications
• Customer instruction during the delivery of new appliances

Your profile

• Basic technical training as an electrical installer or in the fields of electrical engineering, automotive or sanitary
• Several years of successful professional experience in field service is an advantage
• Mandatory experience in the operation of household appliances
• Very good German skills (oral/written) and other languages are an advantage IT skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with our customers
• Independent, reliable, clean and exact way of working team player
