The Sanitation department of the public works office ensures the uninterrupted operation of the public sewerage network of more than 330 km with more than 70 special structures such as retention basins, storm overflows, and pumping stations. It also manages the sanitation of 500 municipal properties.

For our sewerage operations sector, we are looking for a technically competent and organized person with management experience. In collaboration with the team, you will guarantee reliable operation and actively participate in the development of sewerage operations.

Your tasks ##

• Planning and coordination of daily interventions as well as optimal use of personnel, vehicles, equipment, and material
• Organization and support of maintenance and operation work of the sewerage network
• Personnel management and operational direction of employees, as well as guaranteeing reliable and efficient operation of the sewerage
• Responsibility for certain operational themes such as occupational safety, the on-call service, the technical control system
• Processing of requests and complaints, participation in case of breakdowns and emergencies, as well as maintenance of operational data in the GIS, processing of TV data and other specialized systems

Your profile ##

• Completed technical or artisanal training at CFC level, supplemented by specialized or commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in a technical company and good understanding of operational processes and technical installations
• Experience in management as well as in work planning, availability, and coordination
• Good computer skills and interest in specialized technical systems and control systems
• Autonomous, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working with a pronounced sense of organization and responsibility
• Communicative, team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality, even in case of breakdowns and emergencies
