For 9 August 2027, we offer: Apprenticeships Specialist in Facility Management EFZ Heime Uster 100% ====================================================================== ### Your main tasks As a Specialist in Facility Management you work in our technical service. You keep our buildings in good condition and ensure that our residents feel comfortable with us. You monitor and regulate building technology systems such as heating and fire alarm systems, intervene in the event of malfunctions, and carry out smaller repairs independently. Likewise, gardening, painting, and general cleaning work are part of your tasks, as well as waste management. In winter, you help with snow removal.
