At Micarna in Bazenheid, a responsible activity in meat processing awaits you: You operate machines and plants, ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards, and support a smooth production process. ### What you move * You operate various packing machines in production and packaging or manufacture charcuterie products in a more extensive manual manufacturing process. * You process the tasks on the line in the DPS 2 system, also make more demanding changes to existing programs, and perform standard management tasks in the EVD system. * You perform sample checks during label control according to the four-eyes principle and ensure careful documentation in the production protocol. * You carry out prescribed cleaning work on production and packaging machines independently and take responsibility for it. * You know the products and their quality characteristics and consistently implement the applicable hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines. * You reliably carry out the activities established with the supervisors and ensure occupational safety according to the safety concept. * You live the values of the Migros Group in everyday life and comply with the legal and specific guidelines. * You work efficiently both independently and in a team, support, and take on tasks as a line chief if required. * You are also able to convert the assigned plants and perform simple, mechanical service work. ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: You have a completed EFZ vocational training (as a meat specialist, food technologist, or machine and plant operator), or a comparable qualification. * Professional experience: You bring initial professional experience in the food industry or a comparable industry. Ideally, you bring leadership experience as a line chief and take responsibility in the technical support of the team. * You bring knowledge of processes and flows. * You bring good physical prerequisites and are ready to work in an environment with cold and noise. * You are open to change, work well with others, and contribute to reliable teamwork. * You are flexible and ready to work in 2-shift operation. * You have good oral and written German skills at B2-C1 level. * German (B1) ### What we offer you * Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the staff restaurant for max.
