Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Heidenhain control

Activity

• Independently set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines
• Manufacture individual parts and small series according to drawings
• Create CNC programs and adapt them to Heidenhain
• Perform dimensional and quality inspections in the manufacturing process
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and set up machines

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechanikerin or Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or equivalent training
• Practice in CNC machining with a focus on milling
• Experience in handling Heidenhain controls
• Able to reliably interpret and implement technical drawings
• Knowledge of measurement technology and quality inspection present
