On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned watchmaking manufacture based in Genève, we are looking for a Watchmaking Operator to strengthen its production team.

Your missions:

• Perform assembly operations of watch components according to established procedures.
• Perform visual and aesthetic control of parts.
• Participate in the various manufacturing stages in compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure the supply of your workstation.
• Identify and report any non-conformities.
• Guarantee the traceability of the operations performed.
• Respect quality, safety, and production requirements.

Your profile

• Experience in watchmaking, microtechnique, or precision industry
• Excellent manual dexterity and good visual acuity.
• Rigorous, meticulous, and conscientious person.
• Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a team.
• Perfect mastery of French.
