Construction Manager Building Construction and Execution (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an established architecture firm in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Construction Manager Building Construction and Execution (m/f/d). Together with a well-coordinated project team, you will ensure the successful implementation of diverse construction projects. In doing so, you will coordinate all parties involved and reliably keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs.

Tasks

• Organization and management of work on the construction site
• Coordination of planning offices, craft businesses, and executing companies
• Preparation of tenders as well as support for offers, awards, and contracts
• Creation of schedules and ongoing monitoring of construction progress
• Monitoring of project costs, execution quality, and agreed deadlines

Profile

• Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in Swiss building construction
• Good knowledge in tendering, awarding, cost control, and scheduling
• Confident handling of common digital tools for construction management and project organization
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Good German skills and convincing communication with different specialists
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of collaboration within the project team
