Your mission :

• Perform refurbishment activities, from disassembly to component inspection and movement assembly
• Assemble and adjust watch movements in compliance with manufacturing standards
• Perform calendar setting, dial setting, hand setting, and casing operations
• Ensure adjustment and inspection operations within the workshop
• Diagnose non-conformities, correct detected discrepancies, and document the actions implemented
• Identify causes of malfunctions and report them to the relevant interlocutors when necessary
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the maintenance of an orderly working environment

Skills ##

Your profile :

• CFC Watchmaker in the field of refurbishment
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an after-sales service workshop
• Manual dexterity, precision, and good visual acuity
• Ability to work with concentration, method, and rigor on precision operations
• Knowledge of assembly, adjustment, and inspection operations of watch movements
• Autonomy, versatility, and flexibility, complemented by a strong team spirit
• Sense of organization, punctuality, and maintenance of a clean and orderly workstation
• Analytical mind, listening skills, and ability to quickly identify technical problems
