Your mission ###

• Manage and coordinate large-scale civil engineering construction sites
• Ensure the quality and compliance of the work with current standards and plans
• Effectively manage teams on the ground to guarantee compliance with deadlines
• Ensure the maintenance of safety and environmental protection standards
• Proactively resolve problems and adapt to unforeseen site events

Your skills ###

• Federal certificate of foreman or a title deemed equivalent
• Recognized experience in a civil engineering foreman role, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Exemplary ability to work in a team and create a climate of trust
• Marked autonomy in the realization of projects
• Good communication skills with one's team
