For our client, an established small to medium-sized construction company in structural construction, we are looking for a committed individual as a structural construction foreman in new construction. The company realizes demanding new construction projects in the residential and commercial sectors and stands for quality, reliability, and a collegial cooperation

Job Description

• Independent management and organization of new construction sites in structural construction
• Coordination and deployment planning of construction site personnel and subcontractors
• Ensuring construction execution in accordance with schedule, cost, and quality
• Implementation of work preparation as well as control of execution according to plan
• Responsibility for occupational safety, order, and cleanliness on the construction site
• Close cooperation with construction management, suppliers, and other project participants

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as a structural construction foreman, foreman with foreman experience or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in structural construction, preferably in new construction
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and occupational safety guidelines
• Assertiveness, organizational strength, and team-oriented leadership competence
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B mandatory
