Your Task ##

-You set up injection molding machines, accompany production starts, and ensure stable, efficient, and qualitatively flawless manufacturing processes.
-You coordinate personnel deployment within your shift and, together with your team, ensure a smooth production flow.
-You take on the technical leadership of the employees, support them in everyday work, and ensure a clear distribution of tasks.
-You monitor ongoing production processes, recognize technical deviations, and develop practice-oriented solutions for sustainable improvement.
-You optimize existing workflows and contribute your own ideas to continuously further develop quality, productivity, and process reliability.
-You ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational safety regulations and actively participate in the technical exchange in production.
-You create shift reports and production documentation and guarantee reliable information transfer between shifts.

Your Profile ##

-You have completed training as a Plastics Technologist EFZ or a comparable technical qualification with sound experience in plastic injection molding.
-You bring several years of practical experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing injection molding machines and production processes.
-Ideally, you have already provided technical leadership to employees or taken responsibility for the coordination of a production team.
-You possess a strong technical understanding, recognize connections quickly, and approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
-You work independently, reliably, and with quality awareness, maintaining an overview even in demanding production situations.
-You are a team-oriented person, communicate clearly, and enjoy taking responsibility for collective results.
-You have good German skills and the willingness to work in shift operations.
