For our partner company, an established mechanical engineering company from the Schwyz region, we are looking for an independent and motivated

Polymechanic Milling (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Independent setup and operation of CNC milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis) for individual parts and small series.
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs directly at the machine (Heidenhain) as well as using CAM system (Mastercam).
• Precise machining of workpieces, ideally also without the use of a vise.
• Carrying out independent quality checks including measurements and complete documentation of the results.

Your Profile ###

• Completed training / vocational apprenticeship matching the requirement profile
• Setting up and operating our CNC milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis)
• Programming at the machine (Heidenhain) and with CAM system (Mastercam)
• Experienced in machining workpieces
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Reliable, quality-conscious, motivated and long-term oriented
