Tasks ##

• You perform versatile manual or technical activities, including repairs or maintenance of technical operating systems and gardening work.
• You carry out transport and on-call services.
• You support compliance with all safety regulations.
• You assist in the deployment and control of external third-party companies, in material management and in carrying out difficult clarifications.
• You are the contact person for internal employees and residents.

Profile ##

• Joy in contact with residents and high service orientation as well as solution orientation, teamwork and reliability
• Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge of applicable electrical regulations (e.g., NIN, NIV) Desirable basic knowledge in building automation.
• Readiness for on-call services and special assignments e.g. during events
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, IT skills (MS Office, CAFM) as well as driving license category B mandatory

The Gesundheitszentren Witikon and Riesbach are managed jointly and are located in the middle of Zürich-Witikon and Zürich-Riesbach in the city districts 7 and 8. The Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Witikon combines various nursing and care offers under one roof. The Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Riesbach is entirely focused on the treatment, care and nursing of people with dementia. The protected house offers peace, security and safety. Both health centers are characterized by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you will work together with 400 colleagues.
