Central Switzerland What awaits you * Operation & Monitoring: You operate and monitor our processing plants in strict compliance with all safety standards * Production & Silo Management: You keep a close eye on the production processes, the gravel and split processing, and the silo management * Maintenance & Servicing: You perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul work (incl. preventive maintenance) independently as well as in a team * Quality Assurance: You ensure the high quality of our aggregate * Reporting & Care: You report the production and maintenance work cleanly and perform necessary cleaning and tidying work * Cooperation: You work constructively with the maintenance, production, and quality management departments What you bring * Education: You have completed basic technical training * Qualification: You have further training as a Raw Material Processor with federal diploma (eidg. FA) -- or have the willingness to complete this * Experience & Knowledge: You bring experience from gravel production or a similar environment (e.g., construction industry). In addition, you have solid basic knowledge in mechanics, electrics, control technology/pneumatics, and mineralogy * IT & Tech Affinity: You are interested in modern production technology, are open to new technologies, and have good IT user skills * Personality: A reliable, structured, and independent way of working characterizes you.
