You impress through your communicative manner, your flexibility, and your high awareness of quality. Thanks to your independent, structured, and exact way of working, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations. Ideally, you already bring experience from a similar field of activity. What you will achieve with us

• Ensuring internal mail distribution as well as performing locking rounds and on-call service
• Processing and forwarding telephone call messages via email
• Care and maintenance of indoor greenery
• Administration, loading, and functional control of aerial work platforms
• Organization and emptying of document and disposal containers
• Coordination of workwear orders as well as laundry services with external service providers
• Management and care of the vehicle fleet
• Checking, accounting, and authorizing accounts payable invoices
• Coordination, commissioning, and quality control of external service providers (e.g., cleaning, electrical installations)
• Procurement and administration of safety shoes and personal protective equipment
• Organization and administration of the cloakroom infrastructure
• Planning, organization, and support for internal employee events
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in building technology systems
• Execution of maintenance work on ventilation systems
• Optimization as well as demand-oriented adjustment of ventilation, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Planning and operational support for internal moves and workstation adjustments
• Organization and ensuring of winter services on rental areas

What you bring with you

• Completed basic vocational training in a manual trade, in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, or electrical (HVACSE)
• Further training in the field of facility management or caretaker services, ideally with a federal diploma (FA)
• High willingness to take on versatile tasks within facility management with on-call readiness
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in handling machines, systems, and building technology facilities
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Solution-oriented personality with high service orientation and a hands-on mentality
