Who we are looking for

You are autonomous, you know how to communicate well with people and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty from time to time? Perfect. We plan your training in a team, until you can take on missions autonomously with sufficient experience.

Your work environment with specialized tractors and modern machine technology is located in the region of Solothurn, Basel-Country or Fribourg - we adapt to you.

• You prefer fresh air to the office
• You like machines, grass and plant nutrition
• You maintain direct contact with our customers
• Every day is different (promised!)

Our machines generally arrive by truck - a category C driving license is therefore an asset. If you do not have it yet: no stress. You can take the exam alongside your work, we support you in this process.
