Type of work

• You set up injection molding machines, operate them, and monitor the production process.
• You accompany sampling until successful series release.
• You optimize production parameters and actively participate in process optimizations as well as new manufacturing solutions.
• You perform quality controls, evaluate measurement and testing results, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• You analyze and resolve malfunctions in production systems and ensure reliable operation through maintenance and care of machines and tools.
• You document production data according to internal standards.
• You ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.

Requirement profile

• You have training as a Kunststofftechnologe/in EFZ.
• You already have experience in handling manufacturing systems in the plastics industry.
• You are knowledgeable about materials, tool technologies, and process parameters.
• You have a good technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• You enjoy working in a team and like to take on responsibility.
