Requirement profile:

• Vocational qualification as a production mechanic EFZ, mechapraktiker EBA or good professional experience
• Experience in operating one or more of the mentioned CNC short turning machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Okuma or Siemens controls
• Good professional experience in measuring and testing technology and in reading drawings (form and position tolerances)
• Networked thinking and understanding of technical contexts
• Quality- and goal-oriented action as well as solution-oriented mindset
• Good German skills at least A2 and communication skills as well as team player
• High quality awareness and reliable way of working
• Good eyesight

Tasks:

• Independent manufacturing of complex precision turned parts according to the production plan
• Operating and setting up multi-axis CNC short turning machines
• Checking parts with high-precision measuring microscopes
• Setting up the CNC machines through professional tool changes
• Planning, monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Ensuring high quality of the workpieces
• Rectifying production disturbances
• Contributing ideas for process improvement
• Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work
• Rectifying production disturbances
• Working hours: 2-shift model with early and late shifts
