Job Description ##

You will be on the road daily at restaurants, hotels, cafés, and bars in Eastern Switzerland, ensuring that premium coffee machines run reliably. You analyze malfunctions, carry out service work, and support customers with your technical know-how. In doing so, you will take on:

• Installation and commissioning of premium coffee machines
• Maintenance and preventive service work
• Error analysis and troubleshooting on-site
• Quality and product settings
• Repairs and maintenance work in the workshop
• Technical advice and support for customers
