Watchmaking finishing operator (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Essential experience in deburring and finishing small watchmaking components * Proven experience in the production of small watchmaking parts is imperative * Experience in binocular inspection and/or loupe * Excellent dexterity, meticulousness, sense of detail and excellent vision * Experience in loading and operating CNC machines = an asset * Knowledge of measuring devices such as Marcel Aubert and Mitutoyo = an asset * Experience in sandblasting and polishing = an asset * Rigorous, autonomous, responsible, independent and reliable Main responsibilities:
• Ensure the deburring, finishing, washing, smoothing and packaging of parts, mainly on small watchmaking components with care and precision, according to high watchmaking quality requirements + Ensure, occasionally according to production needs, the loading and unloading of CNC machines + Perform in-process inspections using measuring devices + Participate in the continuous improvement of production and quality processes
