Production Employee Final Inspection and Packaging in 3-Shift Operation (m/f/d) - Try & Hire

Introduction

For our client, an established company in an industrial production environment, we are looking for a reliable and quality-conscious personality for a central function within the production process, effective immediately.

Products manufactured on various machines converge on an important production line. There, they are assigned to the respective customer orders, labeled, inspected, and palletized for further transport.

Since error-free assignment of the products is of great importance, this activity requires a particularly careful, concentrated, and responsible way of working.

The employment is initially temporary within the framework of a Try-&-Hire model. In the event of mutual satisfaction, there is the possibility of subsequent permanent employment.

Tasks

• Labeling and palletizing the manufactured products according to the specified standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Attaching the required markings and accompanying documents to the containers
• Final inspection of the processed orders including scanning and documenting
• Cutting and providing the required products and materials
• Performing various supporting activities within production
• Consistent compliance with the specified quality requirements
• Introduction and training of new temporary employees

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the production, industrial, or technical field or several years of professional experience in a comparable activity within an industrial production environment
• Experience with quality-critical work processes as well as working according to clearly defined work instructions, specifications, and standards
• Experience in operating or monitoring production systems is an advantage
• Strong quality awareness as well as a careful, precise, and reliable way of working
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
• Good physical fitness and resilience
• Good German language skills at least at level B2
• SAP knowledge within a production environment is an advantage
• Willingness to complete the required internal training for this function
• High flexibility, teamwork, commitment, and resilience
