For our production plants, we are looking for committed and professionally competent specialists from the food industry, in particular milk technologists, food technologists, and brewers.

Your tasks ##

You operate and monitor our production plants and ensure that our processes run safely, efficiently, and reliably.

In doing so, you will undertake the following work:

• Operating, monitoring, and controlling our multi-purpose plants
• Carrying out and documenting production processes
• Controlling process parameters and product quality
• Recognizing and rectifying deviations and malfunctions
• Adhering to hygiene, quality, and safety specifications
• Carrying out cleaning and changeover work
• Participating in optimizations and continuous improvements of our processes

What you bring with you ##

You have training as a milk technologist, food technologist, brewer, or a comparable technical or food technology training.

In addition:

• you work reliably and responsibly
• you enjoy technical plants and production processes
• you enjoy working practically and rolling up your sleeves
• you consistently adhere to specified processes and quality standards
• you work independently and at the same time enjoy working in a team
• you bring the willingness for 4-shift operation (full continuous shift system)
