Initial Situation ###

For an internationally active industrial company with a modern machine park, we are looking for a quality-conscious polymechanic. In this position, you will undertake demanding manufacturing tasks in the area of individual parts and small series and work independently on modern CNC machining centers.

Tasks ###

• Independent setup, programming, and operation of CNC turning and milling centers
• Manufacture of individual parts as well as small series according to technical drawings
• Ensuring a constantly high manufacturing quality
• Creation of clamping sketches and tool plans
• Carrying out quality controls during the manufacturing process
• Maintenance, cleaning, and care of the machines and operating equipment
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes

Requirements ###

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in setting up and operating CNC-controlled machining centers
• Experience in individual part and small series manufacturing
• Knowledge in handling common CNC controls is an advantage

IT ###

Experience with CNC programming
Confident handling of technical drawings and manufacturing documents
Knowledge of modern CNC controls is an advantage

Languages ###

German m+s: very good
