As part of the business development of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Heating Project Manager to ensure the management and monitoring of projects in the Lausanne region.

Job Description ###

• Technical training in the field of heating / building technology.
• Federal Brevet, federal mastery, ES technician diploma or equivalent training, an asset.
• Proven experience in managing heating projects in Switzerland.
• Excellent technical knowledge of heating installations.
• Good command of IT tools and standard software in the industry.
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous person, with a good sense of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Category B driving license.

Profile ###

• Study, plan and manage heating installation projects.
• Ensure technical, administrative and financial monitoring of construction sites.
• Prepare offers, tenders, estimates and measurements.
• Coordinate installation teams, suppliers and various stakeholders.
• Organize and monitor the progress of works until the acceptance of the installations.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure contact with clients, architects and design offices.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, standards and quality requirements.
• Identify suitable technical solutions and ensure the monitoring of modifications during the project.
