Job Description ##

• Independent operation of punching and press brakes
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production process
• Reading and implementing technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Ensuring the required quality standards
• Compliance with safety, quality, and work regulations
• Support at other production facilities during personnel bottlenecks or increased workload
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

• Completed vocational training in the mechanical field or experience in industrial production
• Experience in operating and ideally setting up punching presses is an advantage
• Technical understanding and experience in reading technical drawings

• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness to work in 2-shift operation
