polymechanic or production mechanic as CNC setter and operator (w/m/d)

tasks

• you independently set up and operate modern CNC turning machines and milling machines
• in doing so, you manufacture individual parts, small series as well as new workpieces according to technical specifications
• mainly you work on milling machines with 3 to 5 axes as well as turning machines with 2 to 6 axes
• additionally, you ensure the required quality through regular inspections and measurement protocols
• simple maintenance work on the machines is also part of your tasks

requirements

• you have a completed vocational training as polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or have a comparable training (w/m/d)
• additionally, you bring experience in the independent setting up and operating of CNC turning machines and milling machines
• sound knowledge of the controls Fanuc and Heidenhain are important
• you enjoy precision manufacturing and have a good technical understanding
