Your responsibilities

As a service technician in sun protection in the Neuchâtel - Nord Vaudois - Fribourg region

, you are responsible for our private customers, the maintenance and repair of all our products. This includes the following activities:

• Maintenance and upkeep work for our entire range of blind products
• Autonomous planning and execution of all types of repairs
• Rigorous and professional execution of entrusted work
• Reporting to the service manager
• Installation of our new replacement products
• Ensuring an on-call service through team rotations

Your profile

• Completed training as a polybâtisseur, blind fitter / blind fitter, sun protection or comparable basic technical training
• Experience in the field of blinds or construction
• Autonomous, diligent worker, competent in their field, solution-oriented
• Respectful, reliable and of a neat appearance
• Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills and French native speaker
• Willingness to work seasonally according to different work schedule models
• Category B driver's license indispensable
