Your tasks

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the technical and infrastructural care of the properties assigned to you and make an important contribution to the value preservation of our real estate.

• Execution of periodic maintenance and repair work
• Monitoring, operation, and professional maintenance of technical building systems
• Planning, coordination, and control of repair work in rental apartments
• Accompanying and monitoring external craft, maintenance, and service companies
• Management of tools, machines, and consumables
• First point of contact for tenants regarding technical and operational concerns
• Ensuring a well-kept and representative appearance of the properties
• Execution of minor repair and maintenance work

Your profile

You enjoy working independently, maintain an overview even in demanding situations, and convince through your high service orientation as well as your professional appearance.

• Completed vocational training in a craft profession EFZ
• Further training as a caretaker with a federal diploma (eidg. FA)
• Professional experience in technical building maintenance
• Ideally knowledge in the field of HVAC (HLKSE)
• Strong service and customer orientation
• ?Enjoyment in dealing with people of various backgrounds
• High level of independence, reliability, and initiative
• Good organizational skills as well as networked thinking
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Driver's license category B
