The Stiftung azb in Strengelbach is a non-profit institution that offers supported living options, work, as well as training and integration places for around 420 people with a cognitive, physical or mental impairment. The Garden department of Stiftung azb, together with employees with a need for support, takes care of customer gardens as well as the green spaces and surroundings of the foundation premises. For this challenging task in the tension between economic action and social mandate, we are looking for a specialist to complement our team as a Landscape Gardener EFZ (100 %). Your tasks are: * Support, promotion and professional guidance of the employees with a need for support * Execution of customer orders in the field of horticulture and maintenance * Maintenance of the green spaces and surroundings of the foundation's own properties * Independent leadership of a work group * Organizing work processes * Implementation of quality and safety regulations You bring with you: * Training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ or equivalent training with several years of professional experience in the field of horticulture and maintenance * Joy and understanding for the accompaniment and promotion of people with a need for support * Team-oriented, resilient, conscientious and open personality * Independent way of working and organizational flair * Economic and quality-conscious way of working * Professional handling of customers and clients * Communicative skill as well as good German and MS Office skills * Driving license Kat.
