Micromechanic ##

Your missions

• You will be mainly in charge of the production and adaptation of precision tooling

necessary for our machines and equipment.

Your main activities will notably include:

• Producing fixtures, supports, guides, interfaces and tooling parts intended for our automation machines
• Manufacturing specific tools and accessories for our products, notably for our

screwdrivers and associated equipment

• Machining precision components on 102 lathes, milling machines and conventional grinders
• Producing single pieces or small series according to plans, sketches or internal needs
• Adapting or retouching existing parts during the assembly, adjustment or commissioning phases

of the machines

• Performing dimensional and geometric controls of the produced parts
• Guaranteeing the quality and precision of the manufactured tools
• Collaborating with the mechanical, assembly, project and R&D teams in order to propose

practical solutions adapted to the needs

• Participating in the improvement and optimization of existing tools

Your profile

• You hold a CFC in Micromechanic, Precision Mechanic, Polymecanic, or an equivalent training.
• You have experience in the field of precision machining and the production

of tooling, ideally in an environment related to microtechnology, watchmaking, special machines or automation.

• You master conventional machining as well as dimensional and

geometric control methods.

• You like producing single pieces, adapting existing solutions and finding concrete solutions

to the needs encountered on the machines.

• You are a precise, rigorous, autonomous, practical and solution-oriented person, while

appreciating teamwork.
