YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE: * the care and maintenance of the outdoor areas, green spaces and the paved hard surfaces. * the professional separation, disposal and management of waste and recyclables. * participation in the structural and technical maintenance of the buildings and facilities. * the execution of winter services to ensure operational and traffic safety on the facilities. * the performance of maintenance, intermediate and deep cleanings in the buildings. * the competent care and support of our users with concerns regarding the property. * the substitution of employees in the area of janitorial services. YOUR PROFILE FITS EXCELLENTLY IF YOU: * have completed training as a Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, specialty Housekeeping, or a comparable training. * possess a driving license Kat.
