Requirement profile:

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Level E or BM
• Experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines
• Sound knowledge of Okuma and Fanuc controls
• Confident reading and writing of ISO code
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Willingness to take responsibility for one's own tasks and the quality of the manufactured parts
• Reliability and care
• Strong quality awareness
• Willingness to learn new things and to develop professionally

Tasks:

• Programming, setting up, and monitoring CNC turning and milling machines
• Manufacture of precise serial turning and milling parts
• Independent monitoring and optimization of the ongoing production
• Carrying out quality controls and measuring the manufactured workpieces
• Identifying and rectifying production problems
• Optimizing production processes
• Care and maintenance of machines and work equipment
• Assuming a technically leading function within production as well as issuing work instructions to the production employees
